The ICS-TOUCH Interlock® controller from Lasermet is a high-performance Interlock® control system that is ideal for use with X-RAY sets. It is an essential component of the engineering controls required to limit ionizing radiation exposure.
Before allowing the laser to be enabled, the ICS-TOUCH Interlock® controller monitors all connected interlock inputs to confirm, or not, if the doors and contacts are closed.

Door contacts, access keypads, fingerprint access units, illuminated LED warning signs, recorded audible warning systems (audible alerts), and other accessories are also designed and manufactured by Lasermet.

INTERLOCK® SYSTEM
The ICS-TOUCH continuously monitors the status of all interlocks, emergency stops, mismatch, and laser warning messages.
The status of up to four separate inter-lock inputs is represented by ‘door’ icons that change color depending on the state.
The status of the emergency stop input is displayed in the same way, with a’mush-room button’ icon.
The laser Interlock® controller includes a proving circuit that guarantees the system is safe before attempting to arm it.
The safety circuits are all dual-channel and have mismatch detection. If their states differ, this indicates a fault – typically, one contact of a door switch may not be closing.
The controller’s operation is restricted by a keypad code.
